Terms of Service

By creating an account or using StudyKindle (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

StudyKindle is operated by Arnav Singh trading as Studykindle.co.

StudyKindle is an AI-powered study tool that helps you understand subjects through Socratic chat, flashcards, quizzes, and cheatsheets. It is designed to support learning — not to replace it.

StudyKindle is not a homework-completion service. By default, the AI guides you to find answers yourself rather than handing them over. You may adjust this behaviour in Settings, but you are responsible for how you use the output.

• You must provide a valid email address to register.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You may only create one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be removed.
• If you are under 13 (or under 16 in the EU), you must have a parent or guardian’s permission to register.

You agree not to use StudyKindle to:

• Submit or request content that is hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, or promotes self-harm.
• Attempt to bypass, manipulate, or “jailbreak” the AI system prompt.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the platform in bulk.
• Impersonate another person or create fake accounts.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

We use automated content moderation and human review. Violations may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent account termination at our discretion.

Responses from StudyKindle’s AI are generated automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Do not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise) or as a primary academic source. Always verify important information with authoritative sources.

We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (notes, uploaded files, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to deliver the Service to you. We do not use your personal study content to train AI models.

You are responsible for ensuring that any files you upload do not infringe third-party rights.

The StudyKindle name, logo, design, and software are owned by Arnav Singh trading as Studykindle.co. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of StudyKindle without written permission.

We aim to keep StudyKindle running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice for significant changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyKindle and Arnav Singh trading as Studykindle.co are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, academic outcomes, or missed deadlines.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $10 AUD if you have paid nothing).

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious breach.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia, unless local consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
